International and Outside NSW Students
MSTYP complies with all relevant legal requirements for people working with children under New South Wales, Australia, laws, where MSTYP is located. A Working With Children Check (WWCC) is a requirement for anyone who works or volunteers in child-related work in New South Wales. It involves a criminal history record check and a review of reportable workplace misconduct. The outcome of a check is either that a person receives clearance to work with children or a bar against working with children. All of our teachers have obtained and maintain current WWCCs. If you wish to participate in an online workshop but you are located outside of NSW or Australia, then please be aware that MSTYP has not confirmed that it strictly complies with all laws in your jurisdiction in this area and is not in a position to do so given its size and the nature of its activities. If this causes you any concern, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
