#NOWWEMAKE2020

#NOWWEMAKE2020

To help young people in these times of incredible uncertainty, we are running an online art campaign. This will encourage young people under 18 to send through online any art they make – drawings, poems, scripts, a dance…anything!

We’re asking young people in their art to “show us a snapshot of their lock down life.” We will then publish a selection each week on our social media and e-news.

The aim is to document the experiences of young people in this incredible period of change, and in some way publish these to be freely accessible in an enduring capacity.

SUBMIT YOUR ART

Under 18? Send us your art by midnight every week on Thursday. On Friday we publish!

Show us a snapshot of your lockdown life in art. You can submit anything from:

  • Drawings
  • A dance
  • Poems
  • Scripts
  • A photo
  • And more! Surprise and delight us with your creativity.

Send us your art by email (info @mstyp.org.au) or via Facebook Messenger or Instagram, along with:

  1. Your name (surname optional)
  2. How old you are
  3. A title for your work (or say “untitled”)

If you are 2, or 17 years old. We want to see your art.

This event will be curated by volunteers, with a selection of art published each week.

GET INVOLVED

For those not under 18 – you can help too! Post to Facebook, Instragram, Twitter – let young people know their voices matter and they have something to say. We need to give them a platform to speak.
