How will theatre, and all live performance, stand up in a global century, in a digital future? Young people will have a lot to say on that.
We spend so much of our time, and rightly so, thinking about finance, the economy, the state of the world. But a story has the power to go beyond that, to imagine a kind of world we aspire to, to think about how we relate to each other and to think in another’s shoes. A story speaks to our better angels. When you tell a story you’re listening as others have done since human kind began.
MSTYP acknowledges the Traditional Owners, the Gayamaygal, Garigal and the Wallamedegal and their Country on which we operate. We show our respect to all Aboriginal people. We acknowledge their Elders in the past and in the present, and acknowledge the spirits and ancestors of those that lived in our area.
